(More customer reviews)I have to highly recommend this Fissler pressure cooker. This was my very first pressure cooker, I followed the manual washed it well and did the first run with the water and lemon juice, then fixed beans. Being a little afraid of pressure cooker stories, I didn't cook it as long as I should have. This has so many SAFETY features, it just doesn't seem like you could go wrong, unless you do wrong on purpose. Needless to say in 40 min's the pinto beans were about 88% cooked and I was very impressed. I'm making Garbanzo beans right now. It is so silent! So completely intact, and only takes a couple minutes to reach the second white band on the rod, then just lower the heat to keep it steady and set the timer and off you go to do something else! I love my Fissler Pressure Cooker, I truly believe it was worth EVERY PENNY it cost me. I'll be using this for years! Thank-You Fissler!!! For making pressure cooking a joy!
