(More customer reviews)This griddle is large, but light weight. It cooks evenly and browns well. Clean-up is a breeze--just soap and water. Design is outstanding. Have purchased other double burner griddles and they didn't fit my stove because the handles were in the way. The handles on this griddle are molded, low profile and don't get in the way. The defrost feature is great. I start the defrost in my microwave and finsh on the griddle. No cooked spots on the meat and the defrost time is incredibly short. Great product.
