(More customer reviews)I already have the red plastic canning kit - this is a great upgrade. It's a good and very complete canning set. The stainless steel is easier to clean and sterilize. Love the funnel with its filter insert. I love the lid holder. And the added natural cheesecloth was great, too. Like the other reviewer stated, the canning rack is huge. You'd need a full-sized pot to make it work, so if you're getting this what that item in mind, be aware.
