(More customer reviews)The first time I used this griddle was the first time I've successfully turned out huge, perfectly browned pancakes that did not stick to the pan. One coat of Pam (recommended by the manual) glided me through a full batch of cakes. You can't use high heat with this griddle, and it takes about 10 minutes to heat up on medium. Next time I'll plan ahead so I won't be impatiently waiting around, flicking water at it every 30 seconds. Clean up was a breeze. Highly recommended!
