(More customer reviews)The lid doesn't stay on during cooking, allowing moisture to enter from the pressure cooker when I was steaming a bread pudding. The plastic material imparted a flavor to the pudding. I threw away the silicon container and the pudding. WIsh I hadn't bought it. I have a similar Pyrex one that works great. I will stick to glass and rigid containers with lids that stay on.
